Athletes and their representatives who submit profile information to DreamConnectSport grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, share, and promote that content within the platform for the purpose of facilitating talent discovery and opportunities. You retain ownership of your content and may request its removal at any time.
For athletes who are minors (under 18), consent from a parent or legal guardian is required before profile creation.
Scouts, recruiters, and clubs accessing athlete profiles on the platform agree to:
All content on the DreamConnectSport platform — including the brand name, logo, design, and proprietary content — is owned by DreamConnectSport and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets without prior written permission.
DreamConnectSport provides its services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to verify profiles and users, we do not guarantee the accuracy of all information on the platform. We are not responsible for the outcome of any connections, contracts, or agreements made between users through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamConnectSport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for any claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for the relevant services.
Your use of DreamConnectSport is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, the platform, or our mission.
